RESULTS DRIVEN
With decades of experience leading, serving, and advocating for the families of West Kerr County, I’m dedicated to putting my experience to work for you as County Commissioner. From managing multi-million-dollar budgets to founding and leading numerous s successful programs to volunteering alongside neighbors, my focus has always been on strengthening our community, protecting our natural resources, and ensuring a bright future for Kerr County families.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
The July 4th flood changed our lives forever. I’ll never forget the sight of families wading through water where streets once stood, the sound of helicopters overhead, or the look in people’s eyes as they searched for what could be saved. It was devastating — homes, schools, and memories washed away in a matter of hours. But what I’ll remember even more than the destruction is the heart of this community.
Neighbors helping neighbors. Strangers pulling strangers to safety. Churches opening their doors, and first responders working until they could hardly stand. I saw courage in the faces of exhausted parents, strength in the hands of volunteers, and hope in the eyes of children who somehow found a way to smile through it all.
I’ve lived and worked in West Kerr County for 14 years, and I’ve never been prouder of our people. We didn’t wait for someone else to fix things — we came together, like family, and started rebuilding one home, one classroom, one road at a time. That’s who we are.
The flood took a lot from us, but it didn’t take our faith or our spirit. We are coming back — not just rebuilding buildings, but rebuilding lives. And as we do, we have to remember that what truly matters isn’t just what we lost, but what we still have: each other.
There will be more challenges ahead — there always are. But if we stay grounded in faith, anchored in hope, and united in love for this county we call home, there’s nothing we can’t overcome.
Kerr County is more than a place on a map. It’s a family — one that’s been tested and proven strong. Together, we’re writing a story of resilience, compassion, and renewal.
We will rise again — stronger, kinder, and more connected than ever before.
